We offer free shipping within Canada, the minimum order price is $1, and no limit for maximum order price.

Order Rejection:
Please note that orders under 99 kg cannot be processed or fulfilled. If your cart does not meet the required weight threshold, you will not be able to complete your purchase.

Order Cut-off Time:
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Processing Timeline:
We typically take 1–3 business days to process your order. This time is required to verify the details of your purchase, prepare the items for shipping, and ensure they are packaged securely.

Business Days:
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on non-business days will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping and Delivery Times

Transit Time:
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect it to reach you within 6–7 business days, depending on your location.

Total Estimated Delivery Time:
From the time you place your order to the time it arrives at your doorstep, the total estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. This includes processing time (1–3 business days) and transit time (6–7 business days).

Delivery Exceptions:
While we aim to meet our delivery timeframes, unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, public holidays, or carrier delays may occasionally impact the estimated delivery times. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Tracking Your Order

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within Canada only. Unfortunately, we are unable to process orders for international shipping at this time.
