Please be advised that customers are responsible for shipping costs incurred during returns, and that they are non-refundable.
Return Policy – Shipping Costs and Time Limits: Returns for exchanges or credit notes must be completed within 14 days. - Conditions: Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and uninstalled.
- Non-Returnable Items include final sale items, clearance products, demo items, parts, maintenance products, and opened bidets, hand bidets, or toilet seats.
- Restocking Fee: A fee of 30% will be charged for returned items with damaged packaging.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@charleskitchenandbathroom.com. Please send us proof that you haven't installed, scratched, or damaged it. Note that returns will need to be sent with the RMA number to the following address: [INSERT RETURN ADDRESS]
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return RMA, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We acknowledge the possible disappointment when purchases do not fulfill expectations. Therefore, we are committed to ensuring that the return process is quick and straightforward. Items may be returned for a refund or replacement, provided that contact is made within 15 days of shipment and that the items are in sellable condition, or within 14 days for an exchange or credit note. Kindly note that you are responsible for shipping costs during returns, and they are not refundable.
Delivery Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have a 72-hour window to report.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- No Returns on Opened Items: Opened, installed, or used bidets, hand bidets, and bidet seats cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
- Hygiene Exception: Due to the nature of the product, once removed from packaging or installed, they are typically deemed ineligible for return.
- Clearance Items: Any bidet or toilet seat marked as a clearance item is a final sale and cannot be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellation Policy
A "store policy 3% cancellation fee" means that if a customer cancels an order with a store, the store will deduct 3% of the total order value as a penalty from the refund amount they receive; essentially, the customer loses 3% of the purchase price if they choose to cancel the order
**Return Policy**

**How to Return an Item:**

**Our Promise to You:**
We stand behind the products we sell. If you accidentally choose the wrong item, we’ll assist you with returning it and placing a new order. Just inform us if a product requires repair or replacement under warranty.
**Returns:**

CKB cannot accept returns or issue refunds for the following items:
- CUSTOM orders tailored based on your written specifications. Items that have been altered, installed, damaged, or mishandled.
- Items with custom work or color painting at the time of sale.
- Special custom orders must be approved via email. This includes items such as Brushed Brass, Antique Brass, Grey Gun, Polished Rose Gold, Brushed Rose Copper Gold, Polished Gold, White, and Brushed Gold listed in our catalog or on our site (unless approved by customer service with a 50% restocking fee).
Cancellation of any tailor-made custom orders in production incurs an automatic 50% cancellation penalty. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, printed, signed, and electronically agreed to the terms and conditions listed on the product page.
Products that have been installed or show signs of installation (such as markings, scratches, or plumber's putty) will not be accepted for return.
Please note that there are no returns on shower glass doors. Be sure to print all technical specifications and consult with your plumber or contractor before purchasing. All clearance sales are final, and no returns are accepted as stated on the store's product page.
**Sending Your Package:**
Only send items with an approved RMA number. We will provide you with the return address once our team approves your request. We will not issue refunds if you do not have an RMA number approved by our team.
Pack the item in its original shipping box or a sturdy, plain cardboard box if possible. Remove or cover any pre-existing labels or stickers. Print and attach the Return Number and return address label included in the email to the box using clear packing tape. Seal the box completely, ensuring the item is secure for shipment.
For returns, please ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Returns sent through other carriers are subject to shipping fees at the customer’s expense. Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
**Your Refund:**
Once your package arrives at our fulfillment center, we will process your return and add the item back to our inventory within 48 hours. Your store credit or refund will be credited to your card within 2 to 10 business days, as long as it is before the due date of the return. After your return has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation.
Final sale
Final sale on all demonstrators, gift cards, clearance items, end-of-collection items, parts, maintenance products, and all services.
**Return and Exchange Policy**
