Store Return & refund policy

A "store policy 3% cancellation fee" means that if a customer cancels an order with a store, the store will deduct 3% of the total order value as a penalty from the refund amount they receive; essentially, the customer loses 3% of the purchase price if they choose to cancel the order

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:

 You will need your order number and billing zip code to start your return. If an item is flawed or damaged from shipping, let us know. We’re available with expert support by email at sanicanada@gmail.com

We stand behind the products we sell. If you choose the wrong item for any reason, we’ll help you return it and assist you with a new order. Just let us know if a product needs to be repaired or replaced under warranty.


RETURNS


We understand how disappointing it can be when purchases don't work out, and we do everything we can to make the returns process fast and simple. Items may be returned for refund or replacement, provided that you contact us within 30 days of shipment and the items are in sellable condition. Shipping and any tax duty charges apply and are non-refundable.

The company cannot accept a return for or refund the following:
• Items that have been altered, installed, damaged, or mishandled
• Items with custom work product or color painting at the time of sale
• Special-custom orders Black, Polished Rose Gold, Brushed Rose copper Gold and Polished Gold, White, and Brushed Gold all items listed in our catalog or on our site (unless approved by customer service with 50% restocking fee )
• Stock items of color White, Brushed Rose Gold, Polished Rose Gold, and Brushed Gold and Polished Gold.

Products that have been installed or show signs of installation (markings, scratches, plumber's putty, etc.). Will not be accepted for return.

Please be advised that the shower glass door is non-returnable. Before making a purchase, make sure to print all technical specifications and consult with your plumber or contractor.


SENDING YOUR PACKAGE with approved RMA number only and we will send you the return address nice approved by our team.

We will not refund if you do not have a RMA return number approved by our team.


Pack the item in its original shipping box, if possible, or a sturdy, plain cardboard box. Remove or cover any pre-existing labels or stickers. Print the Return Number and return address label included in the email and attach it to the box with clear packing tape. Seal the box completely, making sure the item is secure for shipment.


For returns,  Ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping label at a discounted cost. Returns sent through other carriers (including UPS, USPS, etc.) are subject to shipping fees at the customer’s expense. Please note that expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.



YOUR REFUND:
Allow 7 days for your package to arrive at our fulfillment center. Within 48 hours, your return will be processed back into our inventory. Your financial institution will credit your card 2-10 business days later. Once your return has been received, you'll get an email confirmation that your return has been processed.
